Floorcoverings are dependant on a lot of things to be successful. Unfortunately too many times sub floor preparation is the one thing overlooked as it is the basis of this work that will ensure a successful and trouble free installation.
Jchflooring can not stress how important this is and any installation we are involved in will show that.
Last year we visited more sites due to bad practice of sub floor preparation. It is increasing with the more sophisticated installations that are required with today's floor coverings.
The reason is to cut cost, but when the floor covering fails these cost will never be significant to what the remedial cost are going to be.
